These Terms govern your access to and use of Fortify Cast (the "Service"), operated by Fortify Cast based in Accra, Ghana. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and for any activity under your account. Do not share your account or impersonate another person or organization.
You retain ownership of the podcasts, episodes, live sessions, clips, profile media and other content you upload. By posting content you grant Fortify Cast a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, stream, transcode, transcribe, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of operating the Service. You can delete your content at any time, which terminates this licence going forward except for copies retained for safety, dispute resolution and legal compliance.
You must follow our Community Guidelines. You must not (a) upload illegal content, (b) infringe anyone's intellectual property, (c) attempt to disrupt the Service, reverse engineer it, or access it through unauthorised automation, (d) use the Service to harass other users.
Coins are a non-refundable in-app currency denominated in Ghana cedis (1 coin = 1 pesewa). Coins purchased from listeners are spent on gifts to creators and other paid features. Creators earn from gifts net of platform fees. Live Minutes are sold separately for hosting live sessions and are billed per participant-minute. All purchases are final except where required by law.
Creators can withdraw their earnings to mobile money or bank accounts in Ghana, subject to a minimum balance and identity verification. We may delay or reject withdrawals if we suspect fraud, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms.
Fortify Pro is a paid monthly subscription that unlocks premium features. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from your account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or our Guidelines. You may delete your account at any time; if you do, unredeemed creator balances must first be withdrawn.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any specific feature will remain available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fortify Cast's total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms; we'll notify you of material changes in-app or by email. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.
