How do I change my username? Open Settings → Profile, edit your username and tap Save. Usernames are unique platform-wide; if the one you want is taken, pick another.
I forgot my password. Go to /forgot-password and enter your email. We'll send a reset link.
How do I delete my account? Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account. If you have an unredeemed creator balance, withdraw it first.
Where's my progress saved? Episode progress is saved every 10 seconds; if you're more than 5 seconds in, we auto-resume next time you open the episode.
Can I download episodes for offline? Yes — tap the download icon on any episode. You can keep up to 5 auto-downloads per show.
Why does playback pause on Android? Make sure the Fortify Cast app has the "Allow background activity" permission. We use a foreground service so audio keeps playing when the screen is off.
How long can I stream? Each account starts with 1000 free Live Minutes valid for 7 days. After that, top-up packs are available. All participants (including the host) count toward minute usage.
Can I record my live session? Yes, every live session is recorded automatically and kept for 30 days. You can save the best ones as permanent episodes.
How do I invite a co-host? During a live session, tap the participant tile and choose "Invite as co-host". You can have multiple co-hosts.
How much is 1 coin? 1 coin = 1 pesewa = GH₵ 0.01. Coins are bought in packs from the coin store.
How do creators earn? Listeners tip creators with coin gifts during live sessions and on episode pages. Earnings show in your creator dashboard.
How do I withdraw? Open Dashboard → Earnings, choose mobile money or bank, and request a withdrawal. Minimum payout is 100 coins. Payouts are processed manually within 3 business days.
What's included? Verified blue check, all premium live themes (Aurora and more), AI transcription for episodes, no ads. $4.99/month, cancel anytime.
How do I cancel? Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Your perks remain until the end of the current billing period.
How do I turn on push notifications? On first launch we ask permission. To change later, use your browser/OS notification settings, then Settings → Notifications in the app to choose what you want alerts for.
I'm getting too many DMs. Open Messages → Settings to set who can DM you (everyone, followers only, no one).
How do I block someone? Open their profile and tap the menu → Block. Blocked users can't message you or join your live rooms.
How do I report content? Tap the menu on any show, episode, profile or live room and choose Report. Or email trust@fortifycast.com.
