This guide walks you through everything you need to launch a podcast on Fortify Cast — from claiming your username to earning your first coin gift. It takes most creators about an hour to get the first episode published.
Create a free account at /signup. Pick a clear display name and a username that's easy to remember — listeners will see it in chat and on your profile URL (fortifycast.com/u/yourname). Add an avatar and a short bio explaining what your show is about.
From your creator dashboard, tap "New show". Give it a memorable title, write a description that tells potential listeners exactly what they'll get (3–5 sentences works well), pick a category, and upload square cover art (we recommend at least 1500×1500 px). Your show URL will be fortifycast.com/show/your-slug.
You can record directly into the app, or upload an MP3/M4A you recorded elsewhere. Write a real episode title and a description that includes the topics covered and any guest names — this is what listeners and search engines read. Hit Publish and your episode is live immediately.
Live audio is the fastest way to grow on Fortify Cast. Schedule a session ahead of time so we send a push notification to your followers, or go live instantly from the studio. You can bring up to 10 speakers on stage, run polls, take call-in questions from listeners, and play background music. Sessions are recorded automatically — you can save the best ones as episodes.
