These rules apply to every podcast, episode, live room, profile, clip, chat message and direct message on Fortify Cast. Last updated May 2026.
Fortify Cast is a home for genuine creators and the people who listen to them. We want bold conversations, honest opinions and real community — and we want everyone to feel safe. The rules below protect that.
Live audio carries the same rules as published episodes, plus: hosts are responsible for moderating their own rooms; don't bring guests on stage you believe will violate guidelines; don't play copyrighted music; don't share other people's private information.
If you believe content on Fortify Cast infringes your copyright, send a notice to copyright@fortifycast.com with: identification of the work, the URL of the infringing content, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that you are the rights holder. We respond to valid notices promptly.
We combine user reports, automated signals and human review. Enforcement actions may include warnings, removing content, restricting features (live, chat, gifting, DMs), removing shows or recordings, suspending the account, or — for severe violations — reporting to law enforcement.
Anyone can report. In the app, open the show, episode, profile or live room and use the report option, or write to trust@fortifycast.com with a link and a short description.
Email appeals@fortifycast.com with your username and the action you are appealing. A different team member will review the case.
